Level Select, Sash Colors, Level Names Localized

Localized Level names, put them in the Level Select.

Changed the sash color values to be different and show up better in black and white

Level Select Scroll bar is now selectable from keyboard only controls, so you can navigate that menu much more easily. It doesn’t auto scroll on navigation, but I think this is a good solution for now.

Made the Scroll bar more obvious and easier to grab

Made the Level Select viewport fit to the screen

Changed the number of perfect steps in the Ovens - Twins level to be 103. I was able to achieve this while testing the game on the train yesterday.
