Toilet-chan Bubble Launcher Update

I extended the bubble launcher capabilities. Now we can change what each character launches more easily.

And now Toilet-chan has a three shot bubble launcher instead of the dolphin’s single shot.

The shots behave differently, but still accomplish the same goal of raising up the boats.
