Responsive fixes, known bugs

Made some general fixes to the UI elements, the text scales up now. However it does not scale the whole frame perfectly.

Other known issues are the gameplay mechanics. It seems that you cannot fully win the game and it miscounts satisfied customers.

Music starts and stops suddenly at unexpected points.

Will work on these issues when I have time this weekend.
